 Dawn Blitz is a Houston-based consultant with more than twenty years of experience in the philanthropic sector. Her expertise is in board and executive leadership training and coaching; donor cultivation and solicitation; grant writing; and comprehensive project management for capital campaigns from the feasibility study through the ribbon cutting. 

Dawn served as finance director for a statewide political campaign, director of development for a nationally accredited social service agency in New Orleans, Louisiana and as a consultant with a non-profit consulting firm, serving clients throughout Louisiana and Texas. 

Dawn Blitz founded her boutique firm in 2008 and provides personalized services and customized solutions to organizations, board members, and non-profit leadership. 

Dawn has worked on capital campaigns ranging from $2 million to $58 million and has helped non-profits of all sizes establish and strengthen their philanthropic programs. Dawn Blitz Consulting, LLC is located in Houston. 

When not partnering with her clients, Dawn loves to spend time with her family, hiking the Rocky Mountains, traveling and exploring Houston's restaurant scene.
